Gene Fuhrman Scholarship
This Nortex-sponsored scholarship honors the memory of Gene Fuhrman, son of Nortex owners Alvin and Gracie Fuhrman. New this year, FOUR students will be selected to receive a one-time scholarship of $2,500 each >> APPLY HERE
Texas Telephone Association Foundation (TTAF) Scholarship
As members of the Texas Telephone Association (TTA), Nortex is proud to support this scholarship opportunity. The application is currently pending. Once available, the TTAF Scholarship will award SIX four-year scholarships, each valued at $2,000 per year.
Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) Scholarship
Through our membership with NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association, Nortex offers access to the Foundation for Rural Service Scholarship, which provides a one-time award of $2,500. In addition, a single application automatically qualifies students for multiple other scholarships, including the Common Ground Scholarship, Everett Kneece Scholarship, Herbert and Isabel Bitz Memorial Scholarship, JSI Scholarship, Sarah Tyree Good Neighbor Scholarship, Tim Owens–Ron Laudner Scholarship, Diano Jo Dreyer Memorial Scholarship, TMS Scholarship, and the Roger Cox Scholarship >> APPLY HERE
